At National Medical Groups, we offer the right care, when and where you need it. Options include seeing a primary care provider in one of our clinics, or through a Virtual Visit. We also work with most major insurance carriers, so treatment costs are minimal.

Virtual Visits

No matter where you are, National Medical Groups offers options to connect you to care. Virtual Visits are an option for many of our patients. Get contacted by our team of experienced providers. National Medical Groups Virtual Visits allow our teams to assess patients and coordinate care with their primary care physician and care team. National Medical Groups Virtual Visits bring primary care to the home.

Health Assessment

A comprehensive Health Assessment will be completed by one of our providers. The Health Assessment will provide you with important information about the status of your health. The details will be discussed between you and your provider at a convenient time via a Virtual Visit.

Hypogonadism

Hypogonadism also known as low testosterone is a result of a deficiency of testosterone in your blood. We’ll check your testosterone levels, and if you are a candidate for low testosterone therapy, we can get you started on it as part of your personalized treatment plan.

Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy

We specialize in providing women with hormone replacement therapy to help replace female-specific hormones that the body struggles to produce on its own, naturally. Available treatment options include pellets, injectable options, prescription medicines, or non-invasive topical treatment.

Our team may suggest different types of hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen replacement therapy, progesterone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy or thyroid disorder management.

Weight Loss

We do a Body Composition Analysis to help determine the weight you need to lose. We evaluate all the causes that are associated with weight gain and develop an individualized plan for you.

Acute Care

We can diagnose and treat most common acute illnesses. This includes, but is not limited to include upper respiratory illnesses, seasonal allergies, rashes, and digestive issues.

Diabetes

Diabetes is a name for several types of conditions in which your body does not use sugar, or glucose, correctly. When you have diabetes, your blood sugar level is too high because of problems with insulin. Your body needs insulin so that it can store and use the sugar it gets from food.

Hypertension

Hypertension is also known as high blood pressure. Our medical team will check your blood pressure when you come in to see us and give you tips on how to keep it low. If your blood pressure is high, we can work out a plan for lifestyle changes and prescribe medication if necessary to keep you healthy.

Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism is an issue with your thyroid gland that is not producing enough thyroid. We’ll diagnose your hypothyroidism by using a blood test, and then our thyroid treatment typically uses medication to help optimize your thyroid levels.

Hyperlipidemia

Hyperlipidemia is also known as high cholesterol. We’ll diagnose your hyperlipidemia by using a blood test.  You may need lifestyle changes or medication to manage your cholesterol levels.

Women’s Wellness

We provide whole health, women’s wellness care and annual well woman exams along with more complex procedures. A yearly well woman exam is the foundation for your overall wellness. If we detect abnormalities in your exam, we can do additional testing to find out what’s wrong and treat it immediately.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea occurs when your breathing pauses during sleep due to a blocked airway or because your brain is not sending the correct signals to the body to breathe. This pause, which is often signaled with a snort or a choking sound, disrupts the flow of oxygen to your heart, brain, and body.  We will perform a STOPBANG sleep apnea test. This short, eight question quiz only takes 1-2 minutes and is an effective tool to determine if you’re eligible for a home sleep apnea test.

After you take the STOPBANG test, if your score indicates that you could benefit from taking a home sleep test, we provide advanced, convenient sleep apnea testing in the comfort of your own home. After you take your home sleep test, our board-certified sleep doctor will analyze your results to determine if you have sleep apnea. If you have sleep apnea our provider will work with you to find a customized treatment plan that works with your lifestyle.

Erectile Dysfunction Treatment

Erectile dysfunction (ED or impotence) is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. If you are experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction, our provider will tailor a personalized ED treatment plan that considers other health factors and potential lifestyle adjustments.

Joint Pain
